I’m Max, an engineering leader based in Hong Kong with a Computer Science degree from HKUST and a career spanning full-stack, cloud, and blockchain development.

As IT Director at De Stijl Technology Network, I report directly to the CEO and lead two engineering teams of 20+ across Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Mainland China. I built the department from zero — every one of its 25+ hires — and delivered two consumer products from the ground up: a gamified rewards platform and a mobile Web3 mining platform on Solana, together serving nearly 200,000 users on a serverless AWS architecture that has sustained over 99.99% uptime.

Before that I was the sole engineer digitising a food import/export business, and before that a full-stack blockchain engineer shipping event ticketing products for international financial institutions.
