  • Architected a serverless-first AWS platform: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, EventBridge.
  • Established company-wide DevOps discipline: infrastructure as code (Terraform, SST, Pulumi), GitHub Actions CI/CD with OIDC, and automated multi-stage deployments.
  • Instituted engineering standards across regional teams: mandatory PR reviews with CI gates, strict TypeScript with shared ts-rest API contracts, daily standups, and incident postmortems.

  • Launched PFun Store in Feb 2025 under a tight schedule; now serving 16,000+ users.
  • Launched DxSxT Network, a mobile-first Web3 mining platform with a Solana on-chain layer, in Oct 2025; grown to 175,000+ users.
  • Maintained 99.99%+ uptime across production infrastructure.
  • Cut monthly user-verification costs by ~90% by replacing SMS with Twilio WhatsApp verification, while improving delivery reliability in the SEA market.
